Today I will share four easy sheet pan Chicken meals that you can either use as Different meal prep Ideas or simply use one combo as easy Sheet pan chicken dinner for a family of Four in my clean eating for beginners Post I explained the importance of Eating delicious you cannot stick to a Healthy diet if you're not eating Delicious so you have to combine healthy And delicious and in this recipe that I'm sharing with you today I am Introducing you and I'm focusing on Spice Blends that make the chicken Finger licking delicious spices are a Great way to add flavor to a dish Without sacrificing nutrition so let's Get started we're going to start by Preheating the oven to 400° F height and Now peel and thickly slice a large red Onion then get half a sweet potato peel It and cut it into about half inch thick Rounds and lastly get one large or two Small yellow potatoes and cut into half2 In rounds as well no need to peel the Potatoes the skin is super thin now pull Out our large baking sheet and add the Sweet Potato yellow Potato and sliced onions get two mini Cots or anything similar essentially you Want a 1 cup volume oven container with A tight fitting lit I will link these in The description you could essentially

Also use ramkin and cover them with Aluminum foil just make sure that once You put the boiling water into it that I Will show later that you close them Airtight they have to be completely Closed so no water evaporates during the Cooking process add 1/4 cup basmati rice To one Cocot and 1/4 cup quinoa to the other Cocot then add a/4 teaspoon turmeric and An e/ of a teaspoon sea salt to the rice And an e/ of a teaspoon salt to the Quinoa now add 1 and2 lbs of skinless Boneless chicken thighs to your baking Sheet season the veggies only with sea Salt and then add about 2 tbsp of Avocado oil to your veggies and chicken And work the oil in with your hands to Make sure that every piece of chicken And veggie is well oiled really take Your time here then go wash your hands And remember not to touch anything with Raw chicken hands now let's season the Crap out of this chicken this is what Makes this meal magical I'm going to Share four different spice mixes with You feel free to just use one spice mix And simply quadruple the amount to put It on all of the chicken or like me use The four different ones to have Different tasting chicken every day if You're making this for meal prep the First is called Sasson and you'll need A/4 tpoon aote 1/4 teaspoon cumin a/4

Teaspoon coriander a/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon sea salt an e/ of a Teaspoon pepper and an e/ of a teaspoon Garlic mix it together and then sprinkle Half of it on one side and half on the Other the second is called Curry and You'll need half a teaspoon curry powder Half a teaspoon coriander 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt an e/ of a teaspoon pepper mix It together and sprinkle half of it on One side and half on the Other the third one is called paprika And you'll need half a teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon chili 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon sea salt an eighth of a Teaspoon pepper mix it together and then Sprinkle half of it on one side and half On the other for the last chicken pieces I'm using a readymade poultry seasoning Different brands have different mixes my Favorite is this one but use whichever One you like now add a little freshly Grated Parmesan to your potatoes to make Them extra delicious and last lastly Bring water to a boil in a kettle and Add 1/3 of a cup boiling water to the Cocot with the rice and 1/3 of a cup of Boiling water to the cocot with the Quinoa it's very important that you put Boiling water in there because otherwise The rice and quinoa won't cook in the Oven if you use cold or lukewarm water It really truly has to be freshly boiled Water then cover the cots and now we're

Going to place the baking sheet in the Preheated oven and set a timer for 35 Minutes in the meantime let's prep a Delicious yogurt sauce finally chop a Small handful of Dill as well as a Garlic Clove then zest a Lemon add half a cup plain Greek yogurt To a small Bowl and top it with the chopped Dill Garlic and lemon zest and mix Well add sea salt to taste and give Another mix and then set it aside get a Second baking sheet and add 6 oz of Snipped green beans and 6 oz of broccoli Lea florids On It season with sea salt And add about a tablespoon of avocado Oil to it and then use your hands to Work in the salt and oil make sure every Single piece of vegetable is well oiled All around or else it will burn instead Of Roast now place the veggies in the oven Beneath the sheet pan chicken the Veggies only need about 20 to 25 minutes In the oven that's why we're adding them Later in the process once your timer Went off remove the baking sheets from The oven You'll see the rice is nice and Fluffy and the quinoa Too now it's time to mix and match to Your heart's content I'm going to use This cheat fan chicken as my meal prep

Lunch so I'm going to divide it into Four different containers I'm adding the Turmeric rice to one together with the Poultry seasoning Chicken and half of the green Beans And I top it all with a dollop of the Yogurt [Music] Sauce my second meal prop container I Fill with the Quinoa the Sisson seasoned chicken and Half of the roasted Broccoli remember to use the sheet pan Juices in some of the meal prep Containers and maybe add a piece of your Zested lemon to drizzle on top later my Third meal prep container I fill with The parmesan potato slices half of the Roasted onions the paprika seasoned Chicken as well as the rest of the green Beans and a dollop of yogurt sauce on Top and Taada and for the last bowl I used the Sweet Potato rest of the Onions the curry seasoned chicken and The remaining roasted broccoli with some Pan juices and a piece of Lemon Again feel free to mix and match Whichever way you prefer that's the Beauty of this Recipe if you love this sheet pen
