The BEST Healthy Protein Pancakes For Girl’s Brunch

With so many flowers starting to bloom, the weather warming up, and colors popping up everywhere, we were inspired to create these tasty tropical pancakes for the BEST brunch with your girls!

Whether you’re sippin’ on champagne or a bubbly glass of bucha’, these gorgeous cakes add the perfect pop of spring to your girl’s brunch. They’re made with our clean, plant-based Tone It Up Protein ~ we used our new coconut flavor for tasty tropical vibes (You can pick it up at Target!) And serve them up with a side of fresh fruit for the dreamiest, colorful brunch spread!

Strawberry Coconut Protein Pancakes
Serves 2

2 scoops Tone It Up Protein
1 banana, mashed
1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Mash banana with almond milk. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Spray pan with coconut oil & turn to medium low heat. Pour batter evenly into pan.
3. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until both sides are golden brown & pancake is fully cooked.
4. Remove from heat & top with strawberries & unsweetened coconut. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey & enjoy!
